Position: Regional Business Development Manager-Building Automation (Southeast region)

As a Regional Business Development Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated territory and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the Healthcare vertical.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and a passion for sales and achieving results. Candidates should have strong business acumen, understanding of market dynamics, a customer‑focused mindset, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

The salary range for this position is $102,100–$153,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This role is incentive eligible.
