Industrial Plumbing Field Technician

Job Description

Wells Brothers Inc. is a family-owned industrial contractor serving customers since 1989. We are seeking an Industrial Plumbing Field Technician to join our team in a hands on, field based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial plumbing and mechanical systems
• Work on piping systems including steel, stainless steel, PVC, and process piping
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings
• Troubleshoot mechanical and plumbing issues in industrial environments
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures including lockout tagout and confined space

Qualifications

• Industrial plumbing or mechanical field experience preferred
• Ability to work on job sites in manufacturing and industrial facilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
