Mr. C’s Refrigeration is looking for experienced commercial HVAC and refrigeration professionals to join our team. We are open to candidates from a variety of commercial service backgrounds, including:

Commercial HVAC Service Technicians Commercial Refrigeration Technicians Supermarket and Rack Refrigeration Technicians Combination HVAC/R Technicians If you have hands-on commercial experience, a strong work ethic, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration system issues

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service as needed

Work on equipment related to your experience, which may include commercial HVAC systems, walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and rack refrigeration systems

Clearly communicate findings and recommended repairs

Complete service documentation accurately and promptly

Maintain a professional attitude while working with customers and team members

Follow company procedures and all applicable safety standards

Required Qualifications Current EPA certification

Previous commercial HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or rack refrigeration experience

Must live within 25 miles of Louisville, Kentucky Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial equipment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Dependable, motivated, and ready to work Ability to participate in an on-call rotation when required
