Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to provide intensive in-home support, keeping families intact and improving outcomes for youth. You will carry a caseload of 4–6 families and conduct sessions in the home, community, and virtually as needed.
The role requires frequent travel, flexible scheduling around family availability, and collaboration with courts and other providers. A master’s degree is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree required in a social services field.
