CL A Drivers Run Dedicated Acct Home Weekends-$87-$104K/Yr (Full Time)

Class A drivers with 6 months verifiable experience to run a dedicated regional account with average weekly pay of $1670-$2000 per week. Drivers are home weekends (either Friday night to Sunday AM or Saturday night to Monday AM). Drivers cannot choose home time option; it is based on seniority and needs. Full benefits start after 60 days.
ResponsibilitiesDrivers will be the sole operator for dedicated regional accounts and will only place boxes onto the conveyor belt (average weight 2-24 lbs). Drivers will not stock in the store or take boxes into the store. They will run schedules across SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WVA, and OH.
Drivers may take the trucks home with them.
Drivers are paid per CPM (cost per mile) and load pay. CPM ranges from .70 to .84 CPM and each load pays approximately $320 per week. Drivers average 2-3 loads per week.
Pay & BenefitsAverage weekly pay: $1,670 – $2,000. Total compensation ranges from $87,000 – $104,000 per year. Full benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K with matching, PTO) begin after 60 days.
Drug Test PolicyDrivers must never fail or refuse a DOT drug or alcohol test. No exceptions are permitted.
Hiring Areas- 120 miles of Shelby, NC
- 50 miles of Lexington, KY, Knoxville, TN, Chattanooga, TN
- 25 miles of Roanoke
- At least 21 years of age
- 6 months of OTR, Regional or Local experience (experience at truck driving school or with a trainer does not count)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year (no serious violations such as careless/reckless, leaving the scene, etc.)
- No felonies in the last ten years (must be reviewed by safety)
- No misdemeanors in the last four years (must be reviewed by safety)
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last five years
- Updated DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining from orientation date
