Second Shift: 4:00 PM-12:30 AM | Monday-Friday + Saturday as needed

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, or shipping required.
• Previous team lead, group leader, or warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Ability to operate forklifts, hand pallet jacks, balers, scales, measuring equipment, and warehouse machinery.
• Forklift license or certification and aerial lift experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems; JDE experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Office 365 or related computer software.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10, First Aid, CPR, and AED training preferred or ability to obtain required certifications.

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

• Lead daily warehouse floor activities and support material handlers with shipping, picking, packing, labeling, and inventory tasks.
• Pick and prepare customer orders according to route numbers, shipping schedules, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate daily Kanban orders, shipping paperwork, and workload distribution with warehouse supervisors and material handlers.
• Operate RF scanners to generate labels and packing lists, scan tickets, transfer inventory, and complete cycle counts.
• Load trucks and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and on-time delivery.>
• Communicate with warehouse and office teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Train new material handlers on warehouse procedures, equipment, safety requirements, and daily responsibilities.
• Perform warehouse audits, physical inventories, inventory reconciliations, and material location transfers.
• Support raw materials, receiving, finished goods, and shipping operations through cross-functional warehouse training.
• Operate material handling equipment and assist with forklift battery maintenance and warehouse safety procedures.
