Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity - Defiance, OH

We are seeking an experienced Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and help drive exceptional service, safety, and performance at the facility. This role is responsible for supervising hourly team members while supporting operational goals, customer expectations, and overall facility performance. Candidates must be available to work every weekend as part of the regular schedule.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

• Conduct shift start-ups, team meetings, and performance check-ins
• Partner with other supervisors and departments to support overall business objectives
