Location: Frankfort, KY
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday | Overtime required

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
Job Duties
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt and accurate responses
  • Send Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) to customers through BASE2
  • Process ship confirmations and shipment documentation
  • Print and distribute kanbans to Material Handlers
  • Prepare and distribute packing lists and bills of lading
  • Monitor back-order reports and short shipments
  • Complete daily SIA mass production paperwork and labels
  • Scan shipping and receiving documents for inventory control records
  • Scan incoming mail to accounting email systems
  • Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
