- Perform a variety of administrative activities to support the assigned work team.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintaining records.
- Generate reports on operations, personnel changes, and other key metrics using company software.
- Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
- Design processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Act as an administrative liaison within and outside the company on administrative issues.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry, SAP, Excel, and export processes.
- Proficiency in SAP
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite
- Strong clerical and data validation skills
- Document validation and work tracking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Education:
