Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience supporting commercial transformations involving CRM, analytics, and workflow tools
- Familiarity with adoption measurement approaches, such as usage telemetry and proficiency assessments
- Experience building change champion networks and manager enablement programs for global sales audiences
- Global experience working across cultures and time zones; experience living abroad is a plus
- Strong facilitation skills for executive forums, workshops, and cross‑functional working sessions
