Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical and engineering support for product design and development
- Support existing products in quality, manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement
- Participate in cross-functional and technical project execution
- Generate innovative ideas for new products and product enhancements
- Analyze customer needs through research, interviews, observations, and competitive analysis
- Translate customer needs into engineering and product specifications
- Develop robust, manufacturable product designs using engineering fundamentals
- Design and execute test methods including setup, measurement systems, and data analysis
- Prepare detailed technical reports for design verification and testing
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and safety regulations
- 2-4 years of engineering experience
- Preferred experience in medical devices industry
- Product design & development
- Engineering fundamentals (Mechanical/Biomedical)
- Statistical tools & data analysis
- Testing & validation methods
- Technical documentation & reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving & innovation mindset
- Customer requirement analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
