Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for design and development of new and existing products
- Drive project activities across cross-functional stakeholders
- Support current products in quality, manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement
- Participate in technical and cross-functional project execution
- Contribute to innovation by generating new concepts and product enhancements
- Understand customer needs through research, interviews, observations, and competitive analysis
- Translate customer needs into engineering, product, packaging, and process requirements
- Design robust, manufacturable products using engineering fundamentals
- Develop and execute test methods, including measurement systems and data analysis
- Prepare detailed technical reports for design verification and testing
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- 2- 4 years of engineering experience
- Experience in the medical device industry preferred
- Strong exposure to packaging engineering is required
- Product development & engineering fundamentals
- Medical device packaging engineering
- Cross-functional collaboration

- Regulatory and compliance awareness
