- Support product design and development activities, ensuring robust and manufacturable solutions.
- Improve existing products by optimizing cost, manufacturing processes, quality, and supply continuity.
- Conduct competitive analysis, prototype evaluations, and clinical/simulated use studies to understand customer needs.
- Translate customer requirements into engineering specifications for product, packaging, and processes.
- Develop and execute test methods, including measurement system analysis and data evaluation.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for design verification, design changes, and product development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- 0-3 years of engineering experience, preferably in medical devices.
- Experience with injection mold design and operation is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to utilize statistical tools and computer analysis.
- Proficiency with Solid Works or other CAD software.
- BS degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles in product development and manufacturing.
