- Execute test protocols using mechanical laboratory equipment and manual techniques.
- Assist in planning, execution, and data analysis of experiments.
- Report results to project leadership and prepare technical reports as needed.
- Provide technical support for laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
- Participate in investigations related to equipment, test methods, or quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement of lab processes.
- Assist in onboarding and training of associates.
- Maintain good laboratory and documentation practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- 0-2 years of engineering or technical experience, preferably in medical devices.
- Working knowledge of mechanical measurement equipment (e.g., Instron) desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and computer analysis.
- A BS degree in engineering is desirable (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
