Educational Qualification/

Experience:

BS degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with 0-2 years of experience.

• Working as an extended R&D team member on a cross‑functional project team to support product design & development deliverables.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using mechanical measurement equipment (Instron).
• Experience with statistical analysis (Minitab).
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent mechanical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Provide solid technical engineering skill.
• Execute product development activities in a design control environment.
• Participate as part of the laboratory staff; plan and perform experiments that support new product or technology feasibility testing.
• Analyze data generated from experiments.
• Report results of experiments to R&D management and peers.
• Advise of the product development implications arising from the results.
• When necessary, prepare technical reports.
• This position consists of extensive hands‑on mechanical laboratory testing involving tension, compression and torsion testing.
