BD is seeking new engineering graduates to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a three-year rotation through BD businesses across the US. You will work with R&D engineers on designing, developing, and manufacturing medical devices, and later transition to a full-time role in BD R&D aligned with interests and business needs.
Ideal candidates hold a BS or MS in relevant engineering fields, have internships or co-ops, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving
