Sr Finance Manager, Infusion Preparation and Delivery ( IPD

Job Description

We are a leading global medical technology company. The Sr. Finance Manager IPD reports to the Finance Director WW IPD and will provide financial and FP&A support to the global platform, with a focus on the IPD US region. This role offers an opportunity to drive value, gain exposure, and learn about a complex global business spanning across two business units, with future development opportunities within BD Finance.

USA, NJ - Franklin Lakes

• Lead finance business partner for the US region of the MDS IPD platform (revenue $330 million). As an active member of the US regional team, attend and participate in team meetings to review IVA/GSD/HDS results, provide advice and support on IPD related matters to the regional leader and team members, and the MDS US Sr. Finance Director; contribute to strategy development;
  
  provide financial support and analysis including IPD platform US revenue and standard gross profit financial analysis, results commentary, and month-end close process.
• Partner with the MDS and MMS US Sales and Marketing teams to present and analyze results, develop and prepare budgets, quarterly projections, and the Annual Strategic Review.
• Lead finance business partner for the global OEM platform (revenue $40 million). As an active member of the global OEM management team, attend and participate in team meetings, provide advice and support to the OEM business leader and team members, contribute to strategy development, provide financial support and analysis, establish yourself as a business partner to the global OEM platform leader;
  
  perform revenue and standard gross profit financial analysis and modeling by customer, results commentary, and assist in the month-end closing process; prepare and assist in the development of budgets, quarterly projections, and the Annual Strategic Review.
• Support global IPD platform level initiatives, contributing to new business development initiatives, providing financial support to develop business cases for NPD programs, acquisitions, and divestitures; support IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process for the platform, assess global demand and supply estimates, and identify risk and opportunities to deliver financial commitments.

• Education:
  
  BA (Bachelor's degree) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  6 years of relevant work experience in financial planning, business analytics, or related roles.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong financial systems and tools knowledge; advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of valuation metrics such as IRR, MIRR, and net present value.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Well organized, good analytical and communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, ability to establish relationships and build rapport with stakeholders, ability to influence management through informed discussions and presentations, ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven team environment.
