DescriptionResponsibilities and requirements for the role are listed below.
Required- Advanced Excel skills and Basic MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Required:
Pivots, vlookups, if/and/or/etc. statements, sorting/filtering - Experience in aggregation, reporting & analysis of large datasets from multiple sources
- Attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excel macros (basic)
- BPC and HFM
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Monthly extraction from SAP/BPC/HFM as well as excel reports, aggregation, categorization, analysis and distribution of expenses and other data via excel
- Work closely with Consolidations/Controllership team to offer insight into expense details, obtaining information from SAP, BPC, HFM as well as from multiple contacts globally via email and phone
- Coordinate with accounting to book and review journal entries, including accruals
- Support external and internal audit requests
- Analyze actual vs forecast
- Analyze headcount data
- Ad-hoc projects related to extraction, aggregation and analysis of other financial and operational data
