About the RoleThis role is accountable for Sales and Marketing Talent Acquisition across North America, with global alignment responsibility to ensure alignment, consistency, and best‑practice sharing across regions.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will act as a strategic talent partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, translating commercial priorities into effective, scalable talent acquisition strategies. You will balance hands‑on regional ownership with global integration, ensuring North America delivery is strong while contributing to the development and execution of global Sales and Marketing TA approaches. You will be responsible for vendor management of the RPO, ensuring collaboration and partnership as One Team.
This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, data‑led decision making, and the ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed global organization.
Key responsibilitiesOwn and lead Sales and Marketing Talent Acquisition for North America, with accountability for delivery, performance, and outcomes aligned to business priorities.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and HR leaders to understand commercial objectives and translate them into actionable hiring and workforce plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring risks.
Provide global stewardship for Sales and Marketing recruiting, partnering with regional TA leaders to align strategies, approaches, and standards.
Contribute to the development of global TA frameworks, tools, and best practices for Sales and Marketing roles.
Drive performance and accountability across RPO partners to ensure high‑quality, diverse candidate pipelines for roles.
Ensure future hiring needs are anticipated and appropriate sourcing and hiring strategies are deployed.
Use reporting, dashboards, and analytics to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting informed decision‑making by business leaders.
Leverage external labor market intelligence to influence hiring strategies, workforce planning, and location decisions.
Partner with Employer Brand and Marketing teams to support recruitment marketing and employer brand initiatives for Sales and Marketing talent.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager capability through innovation and best practice.
Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors (RPO, MSP, recruitment partners), ensuring strong collaboration, governance, and delivery outcomes.
At least 6 years demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Leader roles within large, complex organizations, operating as a strategic talent partner required
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or commercial functions required
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global environment, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority required
Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and market insight to shape talent strategies and hiring decisions required
Experience driving change, improving recruiting processes, and overseeing RPO providers required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across multiple levels and geographies required
Bachelor’s degree preferred; exposure to Medical Devices or Life Sciences is required
