Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Manager, Global Competitive & Market Intelligence on behalf of a leading global medical technology organization.

This role sits close to executive leadership and directly influences strategic decisions across global markets. You will not simply report data — you will interpret it, challenge assumptions, and help leadership anticipate competitive moves and growth opportunities.

• Partner with senior business leaders to define key strategic questions
• Translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks
• Conduct primary and secondary research using internal and external data sources
• Perform bottom-up market modeling and competitive analysis
• Identify market trends, growth drivers, and competitive positioning
• Synthesize complex data into clear executive‑level insights and recommendations
• Present findings to senior and cross‑functional leadership teams
• Collaborate with strategy, finance, and business unit leadership
• Build repeatable intelligence processes and reporting methodologies

You will act as a strategic advisor, not a reporting function.

• 5+ years in competitive intelligence, corporate strategy, market intelligence, or strategic analytics
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Proven ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and structured problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Healthcare, Med Tech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience
• Experience with bottom‑up market modeling
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools such as Capital IQ (CapIQ), Pitch Book, or Alpha Sense
• Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics
• MBA, business analytics, or data science background
