Program OverviewThe Edge Program is a rotational program within Technology & Global Services (TGS), designed for early‑career professionals. Participants complete three full‑year rotations in various TGS functional areas—Information Technology, Business Process, Shared Services, and EPMO—while learning business‑enabled technology solutions in an immersive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support technology‑enabled business solutions during each rotation.
- Produce measurable business impact and deliver actionable insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, GBS leaders, and program sponsors for continuous improvement.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program.
- Graduating between December
2025 and June
2026. - Majoring in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Prior internship or co‑op experience in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency and leadership potential.
- Quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and results driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational opportunities.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- First year Edge Program associates will begin in Franklin Lakes, NJ, at BD’s Global Corporate Headquarters (not remote).
- A minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence is required per week.
