- Franklin Lakes, NJ About the Role Join a global leader in supply chain planning as an Analyst 2, Demand & Supply Chain Planning. This on-site contractor role is based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, where you will drive global supply strategies, optimize inventory, and ensure world-class service to commercial regions. Collaborate with regional and plant teams, leverage advanced analytics, and play a pivotal role in integrated business planning processes.

This position offers growth potential in a dynamic, cross-functional environment at the forefront of supply chain management. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global supply plans to maximize service levels and optimize working capital
- Translate business and inventory needs into actionable supply requirements for US, Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and CASAJ regions
- Collaborate with regional teams to address long-term product shortages, set inventory targets, and execute allocation strategies
- Manage purchase order adjustments, track shipments, and expedite supply orders as needed
- Oversee planning master data to ensure accurate information flow between regions and plants
- Facilitate IBP and S&OE processes, including monthly plant supply consensus and long-term planning with manufacturing sites
- Lead weekly meetings with plants and regions to validate volumes, address variances, and provide inventory projections
- Achieve performance metrics for back orders, line fill, and inventory levels
- Support business launch strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with regional supply chain, warehouse, and transportation teams for optimal distribution Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supply planning
- Advanced SAP (APO, SCM DP/SP) skills;
Power BI and Excel proficiency
- Strong data analytics, inventory management, and network optimization experience
- Solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills
- Kinaxis software experience - APICS certification Benefits
