Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver system solutions that impact SAP, JDE, and Manhattan WMS, synchronizing inventory movements and adjustments across systems.
- Ensure data integrity throughout the business process flow.
- Address stakeholder requirements and manage multi‑functional continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- Lead ERP system validation activities as Process Owner & Super User for CTC-Deliver.
- Act as the integrator between the host process organization and Warehouse Operations teams.
- Collaborate with outside teams to modify or implement new business processes, support system maintenance, and govern data quality rules.
- Enhance warehouse operations through integration of business and operational requirements and business systems (Project Execution and CI Coordinator).
- Partner with cross‑functional process owners to ensure BD’s business requirements are correctly executed by Warehouse Operations through each site’s WMS.
- Coordinate with DC Operations, LSS Teams, and external application vendors for requirement changes, mapping and re‑design of system changes, testing implementations, and successful execution of the change.
- Foster process, data, and configuration synchronicity/uniformity across distribution centers.
- Monitor reporting to ensure inbound currency, inventory accuracy, and master data completeness and accuracy.
- Provide oversight to inventory movement management.
- Serve as the business integration point of contact for product data, inbound receipts, inventory transactions, and order fulfillment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation Operations (industry‑specific experience preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP and/or JDE business processes, specifically in the delivery space.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an integral member of a project team and applying project management standard processes.
- Experience with Manhattan WMOS preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- Deep end‑to‑end understanding of business processes within both Host ERP and WMS.
- Direct knowledge of distribution center operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Ability to influence associates to govern and maintain process control.
- Detail‑oriented with strong skill sets for effectively mapping cross‑functional processes.
- Collaborative approach to issue resolution and opportunity identification at all levels.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated and directed, able to work independently on multiple projects and complete various tasks to accomplish individual and departmental goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user‑friendly language.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (preferred).
- Travel to BD warehouses required (estimated 3 to 6 trips per quarter to various domestic locations).
