Home Service Inspector

Overview

As a Home Services Inspector, you’ll protect homeowners by identifying pest threats and recommending Orkin’s termite protection services.

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces.
• Serve as a problem solver, using in‑depth training to recommend the best pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company iPad.

• Base salary $50,000–$100,000 plus commissions.

• No experience required – we’ll train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftop, confined spaces.
• Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in varied weather conditions.
