This role is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Finance (ISCF) team with responsibility for leading major Enterprise programs such as Tariff Response, Acquisitions / Divestitures, and Transformation. The ISC Finance Enterprise Programs Leader is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and governance of high-impact global initiatives across all Regions and Business Units. This role ensures alignment with corporate objectives, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and delivers measurable outcomes that support enterprise program objectives.

The role interacts with senior stakeholders and is responsible for design and delivery of major projects including but not limited to below.

• Tariff Management and mitigation workstream

• Collaborate cross-functionally (across Tax, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Global Trade, Procurement, and BU Strong Teams) to identify and implement tariff mitigation strategies

• Develop and execute FSFE work streams globally alongside Tax, TGS, and Local Teams

• Manage reporting, forecasting, consolidation of tariff expense at enterprise level

• Establish accounting processes and controls to support internal operations align with Controllership and GBS Finance

• Partner across Finance Team to execute exposure tracking, resource needs to deliver (eg Sustaining, etc), and appropriate P&L timing

• Partner with Global Trade and Legal to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance to support exemption status

• Nebula program execution — partner across Nebula BUs to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met

• Coordinate ISC Finance TSA deliverables and ensure delivery

• Lead ISC Finance teams through all areas to support Nebula including direct oversight of resources, management of financials

• New BD — Coordinate finance initiatives supporting New BD advancement algin with Enterprise strategies

This role reports into the Senior Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, GBS Finance and Transformation. This role leads a small, dedicated team and has indirect oversight over various project / cross-functional support resources.Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and lead strategies for global programs including program design, resourcing model and mobilization approach

• Independently coordinate with senior stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics and enlist support

• Leverage external perspectives to inform team and BD approach

• Mobilization, Execution & Delivery

• Lead program mobilization including resource identification & onboarding, program communication and business engagement strategy

• Oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. May include oversight of external partners

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program agility in dynamic environments.

• Serve as thought leader for new problems, actively lead teams in solutioning

• Responsible for overall program effectiveness assessments, including Metrics, Reporting, VOC, and embed continuous improvement into program review and structure

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead business engagement with key stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Global Trade, Procurement, BU Strong Teams, and others with strong understanding of executive stakeholdering
