Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives serves as a key strategic partner within Central Quality, enabling and advancing high priority, enterprise level initiatives that shape capability, performance, and long term impact. This role works in close partnership with the Senior Director to drive strategic planning, prioritization, and execution, translating strategic direction into integrated, actionable programs. The Senior Manager may act as Project Manager for select, key strategic initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, cross functional alignment, and cohesion across all digital and strategic efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

* Partner closely with the Senior Director to shape, prioritize, and advance the Digital Quality and Quality Talent initiatives, translating them into projects, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

* Serve as Project Manager for key strategic initiatives, with accountability for scope definition, integrated planning, governance, timeline execution, risk and dependency management, and delivery of intended business outcomes.

* Support strategy development and execution, ensuring strong integration, consistency, and cohesion across all digital and strategic efforts.

* Develop high‑quality, executive‑ready materials, including updates, briefs, and decision support content that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, mitigations, and strategic implications.

* Enable and advance Quality Talent Initiatives, including QDP (Quality Development Programs), QDF (Quality Development Framework), and other enterprise capability‑building programs, ensuring alignment to short‑, mid‑, and long‑term organizational priorities.

* Provide ASR (Annual Strategic Review) support, driving integrated planning, synthesis of insights and data, development of compelling strategic narratives, and coordination of cross‑functional inputs to enable informed leadership decision‑making.

* Coordinate and deliver the Product Quality section of the ESG Report, partnering with subject matter experts to articulate achievements, commitments, and strategic impact across the Quality organization.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, project or program management, quality, digital transformation, or a related discipline.

* Demonstrated experience supporting and leading complex, enterprise‑level initiatives in partnership with senior leaders.

Knowledge and

Skills:

* Proven ability to lead and manage strategic initiatives and projects with enterprise‑level complexity.

* Strong project and program management expertise, including governance, dependency management, and delivery of measurable outcomes.

* Ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect strategy to execution.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop concise, executive‑level narratives and presentations.

* Demonstrated capability to drive alignment and cohesion across digital, strategic, and organizational work streams.

* Detail‑oriented with a strong strategic and enterprise mindset.
