We’re not looking for a button pusher. We’re looking for a rock star — someone who owns their craft, thrives on precision, and wants to be a visible leader in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll program, set up, and optimize 5-axis CNC machining centers while also mentoring machinists and collaborating with R&D, engineering, and production. You’ll report directly to ownership — giving you influence, recognition, and the ability to make lasting improvements to the shop floor and the business.

- Partner with R&D and engineering on complex, high-tolerance components.
- Troubleshoot CNC and robotic automation issues in real time.
- Lead process optimization to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
- Mentor and support machinists/operators in advanced processes.
- Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure ISO 13485 standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across the engineering and production teams.
- 10+ years of hands-on CNC machining/programming (5-axis required).
- Strong skills in G-code, Mastercam, AutoCAD, and Solid Works.
- Experience with robotic loading systems/automated machining centers.
- Precision machining background in medical device, aerospace, or defense preferred.
- A true leader who thrives under pressure and owns the job — no clock watchers.
- Salary: $125K+ depending on experience
- Fully paid individual healthcare + family plans at competitive rates
- Vacation: 2 weeks + 5 sick days to start (3 weeks after 7 years)
