Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric home care case in Franklin Lakes, NJ
. This role offers steady evening and weekend hours, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide life‑changing care to a child who truly benefits from your skill and presence.

• Mon, Tues, Wed: PM transport
  - 7pm

• Sunday:
  1pm-7pm Flexible additional hours may become available.

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care focused on safety, comfort, and daily needs

• Support the child and family with consistent, compassionate care

• Collaborate closely with our pediatric clinical leadership for guidance and support

LPN: $40/hr

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• Flu vaccine or approved exemption

• Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
