- Execute test requests and support lab testing activities.
- Handle minimally complex problems with moderate supervision.
- Support equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and TMV development.
- Assist in test method development (TMD) and verification/validation (Ver/Val) efforts.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Troubleshoot test inconsistencies and communicate solutions with requestors.
- Assist in developing tools for process simplification in lab operations.
- Bachelor's degree (BS) - No prior experience required.
- Associate degree (AAS) - No prior experience required.
- High school diploma - Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated industry or laboratory setting.
- Proficient written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability.
- Attention to detail with accurate data collection and reporting.
- Developing technical writing and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot mechanical test equipment (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams (preferred).
- Experience with Instron Software programs (Blue-Hill 3, Blue-Hill Universal) and Tensile/Compression Testing is preferred.
- Strong math skills and ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment.
