I’m looking for a licensed New Jersey real estate agent who wants a fresh start - not just at a new brokerage, but in a new experience: more support, more strategy, more momentum… and yes, more fun.

- Run appointments, show homes, write offers, negotiate, and manage transactions
- Follow a real pipeline process and build consistent habits that compound
- Participate in coaching, training, and team strategy sessions
- Show up with intention - and get better fast
- Someone who wants “leads” but doesn’t want a plan
- Someone who blames the market, their last broker, or their CRM for everything
- Someone who isn’t willing to be coached
- Someone with potential who’s ready to be guided, supported, and challenged
- Someone who wants to grow - and wants to enjoy doing it
