• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Sell consumables and accessories to existing and new customers while exploring new opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity in
• Respond to customer concerns, directing them to the appropriate resource for resolution

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue quotas
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in account management
• Ability to effectively influence people at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and projects
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer needs
