Job Description
Franklin Lakes, NJ | 8 - 25 years of experience
Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000 a year
Responsibilities- Experience as Salesforce / Service Max Technical Architect is must.
- Understanding of Field service business
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce & Service Max
- Strong SFDC Development Experience on both Classic(Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL)
- and Lightning(Aura & LWC).
- Manage API integrations and web services.
- Experience on Flows, Process builder and Trigger development
- 10+ years IT/FSM/SFDC experience preferable
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on Service Max Configuration, architecture, and development
- Experience as Salesforce / Service Max Senior Developer is must.
- Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Service Max features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for Service Max implementations and/or customizations
- Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to junior developers
- Review and finalize High Level Design of solution with the customer
- Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories
- Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data management, and application testing.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
- Working with customers to analyze and resolve Service Max related issues/requirements
- Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
- Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive system blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to guide implementation
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Service Max implementation.
