Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an energetic, experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact. In this role, you’ll be the go-to-partner for employees and managers, overseeing a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee benefits, administration, compliance and serve as a back-up for payroll processing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with questions or issues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement and retention.
• Be creative with our job boards, flyers and employee communications.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus) and MS Office Suite.

• Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• The salary range is from $60,000 – $70,000 a year.
