Materials Verification Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Materials Verification Associate. As part of our team, you oversee and document the receiving materials for production. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the manufacturing floor.

• Log in and assure accurate storing of items received, documenting any changes
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies as they arise
• Maintain a clearly organized workspace
• Any other duties assigned by Management
• Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent math skills

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Prior high volume production experience (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Bi‑lateral in Spanish preferred but not required

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Starting pay $21-23.00
