Full Time Responsibilities

This role will support a dedicated account team and will lead day‑to‑day project management and coordination between client, account team and creative team. This person should have strong project management and organizational proficiency, while understanding marketing and advertising principles.

• Support day‑to‑day client management, project management, and client communications
• Proactively lead development and management of call for work and project timelines
• Coordinate timelines internally, to prioritize work and clearly define key deliverable dates
• Lead status meetings and gather client feedback for creative team
• Support the Account Director on client strategy and deliverables
• Suggest updates to workflows, tools, and templates for improved efficiency
• Support account team to build client presentations, identify competitive insights, and ad hoc client requests
• Troubleshoot issues, provide thoughtful resolutions, and elevate to Account Director when needed
• Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment

• 3-5 years of experience in advertising or restaurant marketing
• Strong proactive project management with ability to meet daily deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and proven experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours as needed at times
• Self‑motivated and strong problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experience with PM software tools, preferably Wrike
• Up to 10% travel
