Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes throughout the Franklin Park area. This position focuses on delivering skilled nursing care and emotional support that enhances comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families.

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, manage symptoms, administer medications, and coordinate care with the hospice team. Provide education and support to families throughout the care process.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• At least one year of professional RN experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Current BLS and CPR certification (training support available if needed)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (start and end times may vary). Includes one 24‑hour weekend day shift per month and two weekday on‑call shifts per month (5 PM to 8 AM). Dedicated after‑hours RNs provide nightly coverage. Additional stipends for on‑call shifts. Two holidays per year (one summer, one winter) and three floating holidays.
