The RN will manage acute and preventative needs, perform Glucose Monitor-related tasks, and coordinate referrals, while maintaining strong patient relationships.
This full-time role requires IL RN licensure, AHA CPR, and a proactive, resilient attitude. Travel to other locations is involved and hours may vary to meet operational needs.
