Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Occupational Health at our Elmhurst location. This full-time role supports telephone triage, patient assessment, immunizations, and in-office procedures with standard nursing care.
On-site hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with travel required to serve a multi-site health system. Ideal candidates hold Illinois RN licensure, CPR BLS (or AHA), and a science degree; prior occupational health or patient education experience is a plus.
