Endeavor Elmhurst Hospital is offering a Special Care Nursery Nurse Transition Program for experienced nurses transitioning into the unit. The role includes 16 weeks of precepted training with dedicated education time, working nights with a 7 pm–7:30 am schedule, and day-shift hours during the transition program.
Candidates must have Illinois RN licensure, BLS, and NRPs; inpatient RN experience is required.
