Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Ortho to support patient care via inbound and outbound calls. You will work at Elmhurst and Lombard locations with some travel, full-time 40 hours/week, and office hours that vary from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The Triage Nurse will assess caller needs, provide education, manage glucose monitor placement, handle insurance pre-authorization and referrals, and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
