The Assistant Commercial Quality Manager plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and freshness for Ferrero in the Korean market. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality initiatives, managing consumer services, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement in commercial operations, in alignment with the Ferrero food safety and quality policies.
* University degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
* Relevant experience in the food industry, with a strong background in quality management and complaint handling
* In-depth knowledge of food production techniques and quality standards in Korea is required
* Experience with warehouse assessment and consumer complaint management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
* Proficiency with MS Office tools, SAP is considered an advantage
* Fluency in English and Korean, written and spoken
