The company is a leading provider of imaging components and services, committed to delivering high‑quality inspection solutions that ensure the integrity and safety of critical components. The team is expanding industrial imaging services to enhance component functionality and advance our Cone Beam Software Toolkit (CST).

As an NDT Level I – X‑ray Technician, you will assist in performing CT inspections and X‑ray imaging to verify the quality and reliability of components. Our facility includes multiple X‑ray vaults equipped with microfocus, mini‑focus, standard focus, and high‑energy Linac systems. You will work under established written practices and industry standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ASTM protocols.

This position requires access to ITAR‑controlled data; therefore, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.

• Assist in CT inspections and X‑ray imaging of various components following written specifications.
• Prepare samples and parts for scanning according to established procedures.
• Support image processing and reconstruction using specialized software tools.
• Document findings and assist in generating detailed inspection reports.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards related to X‑ray radiation.
• Comply with ISO‑9001‑2015, NAS 410, and ASNT‑SNT‑TC‑1A written practices.

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to work onsite at the Franklin Park, IL facility.
• Basic understanding of radiography, CT, and X‑ray principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
• Physical capability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in environments with exposure to chemicals, electrical currents, and high‑radiation equipment.

• High school diploma (emphasis on science and math preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a certified NDT Level I inspector (desired).
• Ability to obtain internal Level II status within 1 year of hire.
