• Win new staffing accounts throughout the Chicago market.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing, industrial, and logistics industries.
• Drive business through prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
• Sell temporary, contract, and direct-hire staffing solutions.
• Partner with recruiting and operations to deliver results.

• Proven staffing sales experience with a track record of winning new business.
• A true hunter who enjoys prospecting and closing deals.
• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or professional staffing markets.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative.

• Up to $85K base, with flexibility for top performers.
• Commission opportunities across staffing and direct hire.
• Recurring contract commissions for up to 24 months on eligible accounts.
• Additional performance incentives.
