This is a direct hire, full‑time onsite position based in Franklin Park, IL
.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist in both the operational and administrative functions of receiving, loading, and preparing vehicles and general cargo for international shipping. This role blends hands‑on warehouse duties with office‑based responsibilities, ensuring efficient processing, documentation, and shipping of goods.

• Assist with receiving by inspecting the condition of vehicles and cargo, preparing and loading them into overseas shipping containers.
• Prepare cargo for export, including documentation and compliance checks.
• Load and unload cargo into/from overseas shipping containers.
• Receive cargo, issue condition reports, take photos, and maintain accurate records.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or designated areas; sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation.
• Maintain and organize warehouse and work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency at all times.
• Perform facilities maintenance duties as needed, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.
• Training will be provided.

• Forklift license is preferred – must be able to certify within first six months of hire.
• Experience in operation of a table saw, nail gun and basic tools.
• Basic proficiency in English is required to communicate with internal/external employees and customers. Ability to read, write, comprehend for work related communication. Must be able to understand basic instructions and guidelines and participate in job‑required training and assessments. Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle and have a valid driver license.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Self‑motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, ensure shipping and receiving deadlines are met and operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Active listening skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.

• Able to lift up to 70lbs repetitively during each shift.
• Able to push, pull up to 2500lbs using manual pallet jacks.
• Able to stoop, stretch, twist, bend, etc.
• Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests.
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass TSA eligibility screening.
