Fruition Logistics is an established and successful 3PL broker that has expanded into trucking and warehousing over the past several years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, experienced part‑time warehouse associate to help support our operations.

This is a hands‑on, physical role in a cold storage and dry storage facility. You’ll be doing warehouse work that directly supports a growing logistics operation.

Location: Franklin Park, IL – Must be able to commute daily.

Schedule:

• Part‑time to start (around 10–20 hours/week); flexibility for mornings/afternoons is ideal.
• Consistent daily presence required (exact schedule to be discussed).
• Opportunity to grow with the company as operations expand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receiving pallets and breaking them down.
• Building and wrapping pallets.
• Picking, packing, and staging orders.
• Moving, organizing, and storing inventory.
• Working in both cold storage and dry storage.
• Maintaining accurate inventory.
• Using and learning our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience with perishable goods or cold storage preferred.
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, standing, moving all day).
• Comfortable working in cold environments.
• Tech‑savvy enough to learn and use a WMS.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented – accuracy matters in logistics.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Inventory and receiving experience is a plus.
