Overview

The Otten brothers come from a family of 13 siblings. Kitchen and Bath have been a family affair for decades as the Otten family runs several successful Kitchen and Bath Businesses across the country. Renato and Tim grew up in the industry working in their older brothers' kitchen and bath shops.

The brothers learned about the industry from their older brothers, but the most important lesson was that the business was not defined by the dollars but by how each team member was treated.

Renato and Tim Otten founded Select Surfaces in 2009 to create a business that would not only change the standard in our industry but would provide opportunities for the team and clients.

We are growing at a fast pace and looking for Rockstars to join our team and grow with us. We are also willing to train. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Lead to keep our warehouse operating efficiently.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for all inventory management, daily warehouse activities and leading a team of 3 warehouse personnel to ensure all daily activities are completed correctly and on-time.

• Using Moraware software to see and complete all scheduled activities
• Giving direction to other warehouse personnel and drivers.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Picking materials for daily production
• Operating Slab Smith to digitally photograph and categorize inventory
• Assisting customers with will-call orders
• Load A-frames for out of state shipping
• Properly use inventory software to ensure accuracy of inventory and warehouse activities
• Other miscellaneous warehouse activities

• Clean Driving Record Required.
• Experience preferred but not required. Entry level candidates are welcome and paid training is available.
• Team lead experience preferred but not required
• Heavy lifting required.
• Requires little supervision
