Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Candidates cannot live in the following counties:
Albany County, NY, USA;
Columbia County, NY, USA;
Dutchess County, NY, USA;
Fulton County, NY, USA;
Greene County, NY;
Montgomery County, NY, USA;
Rensselaer County, NY, USA;
Saratoga County, NY, USA;
Schenectady County, NY, USA;
Ulster County, NY, USA;
Warren County, NY, USA;
Washington County, NY.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Health Trust Program - Albany Medical Center (AMC) and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - Albany Medical Center (AMC).

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:
Health Trust Program - Albany Medical Center (AMC) and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - Albany Medical Center (AMC).

Unit/Facility Details: RNs with level I trauma center experience tend to do best in this team.

Floating Requirements: Experience floating to a variety of ICUs highly desired. xrlwcon Must be comfortable and competent to care for ICU patients in the following environments: neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU. progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.

10 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
