, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations Monday through Friday
.

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical management of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff accountability. This role works closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to promote excellent outcomes and a positive care environment.

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned unit
• Ensure resident care aligns with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Monitor documentation, audits, and compliance with NYS DOH regulations
• Participate in care planning, family communication, and interdisciplinary meetings
• Address clinical issues, staff concerns, and resident needs promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with administration to support quality improvement initiatives

• Current New York State RN license (required)
• Previous experience as a Unit Manager or Charge Nurse in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
