If you're outgoing with amazing energy. You love to talk about cool technology. Well, we have the job for you. As a Wireless Operations Assistant, you'll get to learn our communication technology, operations and sales process inside and out.

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
• Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime
