Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Bird Control Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with their hands, and possess construction or installation experience. You will work with a team to install bird control systems and ensure that our commercial clients are receiving top‑notch service.
Responsibilities- Install and maintain bird control systems on various commercial properties.
- Work with a variety of tools and materials, performing hands‑on construction and installation tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and on high rooftops or elevated surfaces.
- Must be able to commute to job sites within any of the 5 boroughs. Company vehicles are provided based on availability.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with your hands (construction experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and working on rooftops.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb a 40‑foot ladder.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively with others.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License (Required).
- OSHA 30‑hour Certification (Required).
- Aerial Boom Certification (Training provided).
